Our Enrollment Process

Join the Interest List
Begin by submitting our online Enrollment Interest Form. This gives us insight into your child’s needs and your family’s values, and ensures you're first to receive launch updates.

Family Interview
If selected, we’ll invite you to a 30–45 minute family interview (virtual or in-person). You’ll meet our leadership team, explore our approach, and share more about your child. It’s a mutual discovery process grounded in transparency and trust to ensure we’re a mutual fit.

Transition Day (Trial Half-Day)
We offer a FREE half-day visit so your child can experience our classroom, meet our staff, and ease into our environment. You’ll have time to observe, ask questions, and feel the heart of Heirborne in action.

Enrollment Offer
After the interview and Transition Day, selected families will receive an Enrollment Agreement outlining next steps, policies, and official start details.
